‘Songs To Lift The Heart’ in aid of Pieta House

A special concert will be held at Ennis Cathedral on May 27th to raise funds for Pieta House.

Pieta House is a non-profit organisation providing a specialised treatment programme for people who have suicidal ideation or who participate in self-harming.

Soprano, Janet Woods, accompanied by Michael Hennessey, will be joined by Ennis Gospel Choir on for the 8pm concert at Ennis Cathedral.

This promises to be an evening of beautiful, uplifting song, including Opera & Operetta classics such as O Mio Babbino Caro, Voi Che Sapete, I Dreamt I Dwelt and Musical gems such as Secret Love & Summertime.

All Proceeds go directly to Pieta, who have recently announced their intention to set up a centre to cater for the Clare area.
