Miltown Malbay water mains replacement escalated

Irish Water and Clare County Council can confirm that the programme of works to replace old water mains in the Miltown Malbay area has been escalated and is now scheduled to get underway in October 2020.

Update: Council bathing restrictions and advisories

Clare County Council, on the advice of the HSE, has placed a temporary prohibition on swimming in Kilkee and Quilty (front beach) due to increased bacterial levels in the bathing water.
