The 27th Doonbeg International Jazz Festival will take place over the June Weekend, 29th May – 1st June.
There will be an full programme of free events over the weekend with 11 excellent bands playing a total of 29 performances, both daytime and evening as well as an extra event of Swing Dance Classes, which will take place on Saturday 30th May , starting at 2.30pm at the community hall.
There will be a wide selection of musical styles, from Swing to Dixieland, Latin to American Songbook, Ragtime to Soul, Cajun to Jump Jive, and will feature performers and bands from Brazil, Venezuela, Italy, Nicaragua, Scotland, USA, France, Germany, Netherlands, England and Ireland.
The Doonbeg International Jazz Festival is accessible to all, with daytime and outside Free performances, making it family friendly, as well as evening performances.
Swing Dance Classes at the Community Hall will start at 2.30pm and have an entrance fee of 5 euro per person.
