Speaking about the company history of training apprentices, Atlantic Aviation Group CEO Shane O’Neill said: “We are delighted to continue our proud legacy of training world class Aircraft Maintenance Engineers through our prestigious apprenticeship. In the last 5 years alone, we have produced two Worldskills champions and five national skills champions for Aircraft Maintenance. We look forward to welcoming the next generation as the programme opens again for 2018.”

HR manager Ciara Leahy said: “Our 4 year programme trains apprentices to the very highest of standards. As a large number of our on-the-job trainers have come through our apprentice programme previously, they fully appreciate and understand what training each apprentice needs to succeed. “

More information about the programme and the on-line application is available on the company website www.atlanticaviation.ie in the apprentice section.

Places on the programme are limited and demand is high, it is recommended that anyone interested should apply as soon as possible.

Closing date for receiving applications for the apprenticeship programme is Tuesday May 8th.
