Young people on social welfare will save up to €20 a week as a result of the Government decision to cut the personal contribution they make to their rent supplement.
A total of €33,486,000 is owed to Clare County Council for commercial rates, development contributions, fire charges, LEO refundable aid, housing loans and rents.
