There are also reports and pictures from the ladies football and camogie clubs as well as Crusheen National School.

In addition there is a review of local players’ achievements in the Clare jersey and with various secondary schools.

The magazine also takes a look back at Crusheen’s intermediate championship win of 1987, including interviews with Stephen Cunningham, Tommy O’Donnell and Enda Mulkere. There are also interviews with other club members including Clare panellist Donal Tuohy.

A club spokesman said, “We are delighted to have brought out an annual for the first time. It is full of pictures and reports from 2017 while there are plenty of other features included as well. It’s a great review of the year and I’m sure it will be of a lot of interest to club members, both at home and abroad. We are very grateful to all who helped with the publication and to those who have come on board with sponsorship.”

The magazine is now available locally at a price of €4 or alternatively it can be ordered by calling/texting 086 3269317 or emailing crusheenmag@gmail.com.
