Clare native, Dr Eileen Relihan, who is currently the Medication Safety Facilitator in St James’s Hospital, Dublin and teaching fellow at Trinity College Dublin, was one of the minds behind the Medication Safety Minute, a collaborative project to ensure patient safety.
