Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow Thunderstorm Warning for Clare, Cork and Limerick.
It’s the third time this week the weather service has issued such a warning for Clare.
Met Éireann is warning of ‘heavy downpours with thunderstorms and hail.’

The possible impacts include spot flooding, hazardous travelling conditions and poor visibility
The warning will come into effect at 3.00pm today and remain in place until 8.00pm.
