Ennis Musical Society will be taking to the stage with ‘The Wedding Singer Musical’ from March 27th to 30th (8pm nightly, Saturday Matinee at 2.30pm).
A wannabe rock star, making ends meet as a wedding singer in 1985 New Jersey, changes his tune in a hurry when he is left at the altar by his own fiancée, but help is on the way in the form of a waitress who works his wedding gigs.
Based on the hit film, The Wedding Singer, starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, the musical version is sure to have you laughing, singing and dancing in the aisles.
After the wonderful success of Legally Blonde the Musical last year. for which EMS were nominated for Best Chorus, Best Front of House and won Best Comedienne (Julita Fox), we are so excited to get back to stage with this hilarious 80’s show!
With a star studded cast and members from all over Clare and even some visitors from Limerick, The Wedding Singer Musical is one 80’s event not to be missed!!!
