New Director of Sales at Dromoland Castle

Dromoland Castle has announced the appointment of Olivia Frawley as Director of Resort Sales at the world renowned 5 Star luxury property in Co. Clare.

A County Clare native, Ms Frawley joins a strong Sales and Marketing department and dynamic leadership team at Dromoland Castle.  Ms. Frawley’s new position will see her drive the overall strategic sales strategy and play a pivotal role for future growth of one of Ireland’s most recognisable luxury estates with a key focus on USA, UK and European markets along with key domestic markets.

With over 20 years of Irish and International experience, Ms Frawley is renowned in Irish and International tourism and hospitality circles having recently worked with Irelands overseas tourism marketing agency, Tourism Ireland as Pan Market Luxury Executive responsible for championing and spearheading the luxury strategy for Tourism Ireland on behalf of all overseas markets.

Ms Frawley will bring a wealth of experience to her new strategic position with Dromoland Castle Resort including key leadership roles with the Jurys Doyle Group early in her career operating from their Boston office for seven years predominantly in the Leisure Market along with a significantly impactful role with Omni Hotels & Resorts as Global Director of International Sales where efforts resulted in significant growth trajectory for the Omni Group.  Previous positions also include Group Director of Sales & Marketing for the O’Donoghue Ring Collection and Director of Product Development for Tourico Holidays for Northeast USA.

Olivia has been the recipient of many Global Travel Industry Awards along with receiving deserved recognition for her sales revenue performance in multiple positions.   Ms. Frawley will commence her position in February 2024.

Dromoland Castle Group has experienced a recent period of growth with a projected record year at the hotel for 2023 and has seen significant investment in recent times including a  brand new luxury Spa offering with six treatment rooms, twin suite, an Amber and Quartz Crystal Bed, and sublime relaxation space, The Whisper Room, all created in a natural palette along with the newly opened refurbished Fig Tree Restaurant adding to the already expansive luxury offering at Dromoland Castle estate.

Dromoland Castle has welcomed guests since the 16th Century. The ancestral home of the O’ Briens of Dromoland whose lineage dates back 1000 years to Brian Boru.
