The Clare County Council Arts Office will host a two-day Arts and Disability event on the 13-14 October at the Buttermarket building, Drumbiggle Road, Ennis.
The Arts Office says the free event, entitled ‘Drawing from the Well’, aims to offer all arts and disability practitioners, participants and partnering organisations “an opportunity to reflect on their practices, be inspired and to relook at the idea of what it means to take ‘’creative risk’’ in arts and disability practices.”
The programme on Friday 13 October includes presentations by leading practitioners such as the Blue Teapot Company, Equinox Theatre, KCAT Studios and Croí Glan. Theatre and dance workshops will be held on Saturday 14 October.
