Gardaí are investigating separate assaults that occurred in the west and east of the county in the past week.
Kilrush Gardai are investigating an assault that occurred at the bottom of Francis St near The Marina last Thursday the 21st May at 7pm. A male was assaulted by another male who arrived to the area by car, and was then driven away.
Gardaí are asking anyone who may have witnessed this assault or have any information to please contact Kilrush Gardaí on 065 9080550.
Meanwhile, Killaloe Gardai are investigating an assault that occurred on Sunday the 24th May at 6.30pm, at The Two Mile gate Killaloe. A male is alleged to have thrown a glass bottle which broke and resulted in a shard of glass striking a person standing near by.
Gardaí are asking anyone who may have witnessed this incident; know what type of car the male left in or noticed the registration plate to contact them on 061 620540.
