Three Clare groups are lottery funding finalists

Three Clare organisations have been announced amongst the thirty-five national finalists from across Ireland in the National Lottery Good Causes Awards today.

ChangeX and LEGO Foundation fund learning projects

ChangeX, the community engagement platform, has launched an €80,000 play-focused community fund, with support from the LEGO Foundation, to enable communities across Clare to start proven learning through play projects and empower community groups, parents and caregivers to create more playful experiences for children. 

15 Clare athletes receive TUS sports scholarships

Fifteen athletes from Clare are among the 74 students who received sports scholarships from the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) this academic year.

Green light for preschool service at Clooney NS

The Department of Education’s approval of the provision of a preschool at Clooney National School has been welcomed by Independent Clare TD Michael McNamara.

Clare to be included in pyrite redress scheme
